Faced with a problem in bed. I don't always get it up and frustrate my partner. This has never happened before. I've heard that it can be caused by stress. I have been told that it can be solved at home on my own. You don't have to go to a doctor. But since I haven't dealt with this problem before I don't know what medication is best. Does anyone know about this?

Under stress the hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline are produced in the body. They contribute to changes in the body's physiological systems. Although men are considered the stronger sex they are no less susceptible to stress than women. Prolonged exposure to stress may cause a decrease in potency. This is usually a temporary phenomenon. It disappears with the timely elimination of stressful conditions. But combined with hormonal disorders smoking and alcohol this condition can develop into a chronic condition. I learned on this website that there are so called nutritional supplements. They are added to food to improve erections. Yes it can be temporary due to stress. But it's better not to take any chances and use these supplements for a while. Even as a preventative measure I don't think it's a bad idea. On the contrary you will feel great.

That's fine. Take pills or add supplements to your food 3 times a day for a week. You will definitely get your boner back!
